Inman is seeking a VP, Marketing to join our leadership team and play a key role in pursuing our ambitious growth objectives for 2020 and beyond. This position will report to the CEO and be responsible for all marketing strategy and execution across our media and events platforms, as well as for the brand. This is a full-time, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Craft and implement strategy for our two tentpole events, Inman Connect, in order to drive registration and sponsorship
Craft and implement strategy for our media offering, Inman Select, in order to drive subscriptions
Refine the positioning of the Inman brand in the real estate community
Help position the brand for expansion into new categories, like digital mortgage
Forge partnerships with key distribution and content partners
Manage and grow a best-in-class marketing team
Work with the editorial, sales, product, growth and events teams to synthesize messaging across products and functions
Create engaging and effective brand and product collateral

Key Skills & Knowledge

7+ years experience in a marketing leadership role
Experience with media and events brands
Experience or knowledge of subscription products
The ability to grow and nurture a collaborative team
Strong project management skills
Aptitude for distilling key goals and outcomes for senior management and the organization at large
Sense of humor
