JOB SUMMARY
Ensures the investigation and resolution of customer support problems, responds to problems in accordance with established policies and procedures, and assists the implementation and development of staff in completion of tasks .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent required

JOB SUMMARY
Ensures the investigation and resolution of customer support problems, responds to problems in accordance with established policies and procedures, and assists the implementation and development of staff in completion of tasks .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Assists with maintenance of company systems.
- Assists with software and hardware installation at customer sites or performs on site support, as assigned.
- Documents all support calls in ticket tracking system in timely and accurate manner.
- Receives and resolves routine customer support calls involving system software, hardware and/or operating system problems, maintenance and general inquiries.
Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent required
SKILLS
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Demonstrated written communication skills
- Ability to work alternating shifts and weekends, provide remote, off-hours application support.
