Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key member of OCHIN’s Marketing and Communications (MarCom) team. This role focuses on marketing content and graphic design. Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, the specialist partners to ensure OCHIN content and marketing needs are consistent, compelling and meet stakeholder needs.
The Digital Marketing Specialist leverages visual content across mediums to convey OCHIN’s mission and success. A creative and systems thinker, this role thinks through how audiences will use content across channels and is relentless in testing and optimizing.

Outcomes for Success
- Collateral—Creates sales pieces, advertisements, infographics/diagrams, whitepapers, presentations, and more. Supports research, customer service, sales teams and partners with content team to ensure editorial calendar and marketing goals are met.
- PowerPoint—Supports updating and maintain presentations across departments, including original content, data visualization, and key messaging aligned with OCHIN brand and strategy.
- Key Messaging- ensures internal and external messaging is supported and aligned, works with teams across the organization to improve content and visual appeal.
- Branding—With the MarCom team, ensure that all materials align to the OCHIN brand. Develops materials aligned with brand. Maintains and updates all collateral in alignment with brand.
- Digital media—Supports OCHIN newsletter and assists in creative new directions. Supports social media calendar to ensure continuous development and amplification of content.
- User Experience—Develops strategies to meet variety of audience needs and can track and proactively optimize content based on learnings.
- Web Properties—Helps with graphics, copy, and updates for the OCHIN website, any event websites, and others, as needed
- Other duties, as assigned
- Three to five years of marketing experience
- Solid background in content creation and graphic design
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Powerpoint, and digital marketing tools
- Experience in front end web design and user experience
- Additional talents in photography, video, or other tools
- This position can be based in our corporate office in Portland, OR or remotely
- Travel may be required based on business requirements for OCHIN Go-Live events, 1-2 trips per year
