  • *BOSTIK** is hiring! We are currently looking for a **Territory Sales Manager** for our Southeast Region. **This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of the flooring marketplace and industry applications.**
The Territory Sales Manager will act as the liaison for the Marketing Team and Sales Management to identify key territory opportunities. This is a REMOTE role with significant travel.

+ Reports to the Distribution Sales Manager.

+ The job involves working directly with our existing distribution accounts as well as identifying and targeting potential new distribution. The job also involves working with contractors and independent retail customers to drive business through distribution. Architectural sales calls are part of the Territory Manager's responsibility, including presentations to groups.
+ ? Liaison for Marketing Team / Sales Management to identify key territory opportunities.

+ ? Responsible for selling full product offering of XL Brands adhesives

+ ? Manage & Grow XL Brands Accounts covering assigned territory.

+ ? Execute and implement the XL Brands sales market plan.
+ ? Work closely with Regional Sales Manager to define Targets and Goals.

+ ? Provide on-going information on industry advances and product needs.

+ ? Develop and implement strategies to manage accounts, prepare timely sales reports, and provide technical needs.

+ ? Trouble shoots account problems and facilitate technical solutions for the customer.

+ ? Use as part of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and daily territory management.

+ ? Works closely with Distributor Sales Reps

+ ? Responsible for training Distributor Sales Reps and End Users on proper product application
+ ? Bachelor's Degree - Business or related field preferred

+ ? 5+ Years of Experience in Sales & Marketing with exposure to complex sales processes

+ ? **Strong understanding of flooring marketplace and industry applications**

+ ? Ability to perform hands on demonstrations with flooring products

+ ? Strong interpersonal, communication, listening, organizational agility, and presentation skills

+ ? Able to Travel 50-60% of the time

+ ? Skilled with computer, Word, Excel, Power Point

+ ? Familiarity with Preferred
