We are looking for a creative, talented, and thoughtful content marketing professional with superb writing skills.

What You'll Do:
  • Write and develop amazing content that helps our buyer along their journey, whether it’s blog posts, ebooks, case studies, video, sales enablement tools, and any and every other kind of potential content you can think of.
  • Help develop and execute upon a strategic content plan that is aligned with our strategic marketing plan.
  • Optimize content according to SEO best practices, so that people desperately searching for the awesome content you made can easily find it.
  • Ensure that our varied content tells a cohesive story, is not corporate speak, adds value to the buyer, and is engaging.
  • Work with team members to help advise, proofread and edit copy
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms
  • Study industry trends and conduct market analysis that can help inform the content you develop
  • Interview industry experts and establish new blogging partners
  • Collaborate with other internal employees to help brainstorm and strategize on new marketing initiatives
Who You Are:
  • You are an exceptional writer who knows how to research and write engaging and persuasive content
  • You have a strong understanding of SEO, the marketing funnel, and the buyer’s journey to support demand generation
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a content marketing writer, with a portfolio of work and results to back it up.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or another relevant field
  • You can develop content for a wide variety of audiences and industries
  • You have an ability to learn quickly and put new strategies to use immediately
  • You are proficient at using different tools like SEMrush or Moz.
  • You are detail oriented and organized with excellent time-management skills
  • You are creative and curious
  • You have a positive and can-do attitude
  • You are self-motivated and self-directed
  • You have good interpersonal skills and communication
  • You thrive working in a fast-paced environment
  • You are flexible and adaptable to change, as there will always be change
  • You will bring homemade chocolate chip oatmeal cookies to the office everyday (just kidding)
  • Experience in the Learning & Development Industry is a big plus!
  • B2B experience is a plus.
