INBOUND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

LOCATION: SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA

SCHEDULE: M-F 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM ( 12 MONTH ASSIGNMENT)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Supports internal/external customers regarding all products used in the treatment of surgical cataracts or refractive surgeries
  • Performs order data entry, processes orders and inquiries including those received via phone, fax and email
  • Ensures that all customer queries, internal and external on product quality, availability, and substitutions, inventory and order status, pricing, billing, invoices and traffic carrier concerns are resolved satisfactorily
  • Complies with corporate and divisional policies and procedure
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Customer Service Representative with SAP preferred
  • 2-3 years inbound customer service experience
  • Strong problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
  • HS Diploma, or GED minimum required
  • Previous experience in a medical industry company helpful
