This is a part-time Portuguese speaking position that requires 28 hours per week during a shift scheduled Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Must resolve questions and issues quickly and in harmony with Church policy.
- Utmost importance and candidates are expected to provide prompt, accurate, and efficient responses in a manner that demonstrates the highest level of professionalism, courtesy.
- Opportunity to give quality customer service by answering calls and emails from priesthood leaders and members in Brazil and North America regarding membership, finance, policy and technical questions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
- 0 to 2 years previous computer technical support.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, Church meetinghouse technology, network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, locating IP or TCP/IP addresses, VPN software, supporting remote users.
- Understanding of Active Directory to unlock and reset passwords.
- Proficient with troubleshooting all Windows Operating systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Outstanding customer skills, with the ability to empathize and professionally troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Ability to read, write and speak Portuguese fluently.
- English fluency required.
