SUCCESS Computer Consulting is seeking a qualified IT Help Desk Triage Technician to join our growing technical team. Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a technical support environment handling issues with a high level of accuracy, proven troubleshooting results and customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Our technical support team actively resolves desktop and server support issues, network outages, proactive maintenance/monitoring, and other IT/Network issues that limit a client from effectively running their business due to technical issues. These job duties are performed from our Golden Valley, MN office full time Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5PM.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Our technical support team actively resolves desktop and server support issues, network outages, proactive maintenance/monitoring, and other IT/Network issues that limit a client from effectively running their business due to technical issues. These job duties are performed from our Golden Valley, MN office full time Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5PM.
Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients in the resolution of technical issues Level 2-3 via phone and email
- Prioritizing tasks based on business need and escalating as necessary
- Management of workload and ability to work well independently and as a team member to ensure team standards are met
- Detailed documentation of technical issues and steps taken for resolution
- Participate in the technical on-call rotation
- 5+ years of previous technical support/help desk experience preferred
- Experience with the following technical skills: Windows Desktop OS's (Win 7, Win 8, Win 10); Virus Removal, VPN troubleshooting, Firewall Support, Server Administration (2008-2016) to include Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy and Exchange, Office365, Backup Technologies and SSL Certificate knowledge
- Proven troubleshooting process and high resolution rate of level 2-3+ issues
- Effective verbal and written communications to a business audience and peers
- Microsoft and/or Vendor Certifications preferred
