More information about EPOS at Responsibilities: EPOS I SENNHEISER is seeking a strategic, creative, roll up your sleeves and have fun Brand Manager to join the Americas marketing team. You will help execute marketing plans, create brand activation programs and coordinate our events to achieve short and long-term business objectives.

In this regional role, you will take lead of the brand activation activities across the Americas, with special focus on USA and Canada. Together with the global team you will adjust the toolboxes to fit local strategies and market opportunities. As the main PR contact you will drive media push and partner collaboration to ensure a strong brand presence in the market. Furthering brand presence with tradeshows, sponsorships, influencers, advertising and end-customer focused communication you will be responsible for the execution of brand campaigns and end-customer focused activation.

This role reports to the Head of Marketing Americas and works closely with the regional team as well as the Global Marketing team in Denmark. You will also work with external agency partners and with internal cross-functional partners. You will be responsible for:
  • Responsible for the regional Brand Activation - Ensuring the placement of product and brand stories with media, influencers, and strategic alliance partners.
  • Creating loyalty with end-customers through: Print and digital advertising, end-user newsletters, trade shows/strategic alliance events, case story production, campaigns, influencers, sponsorships and co-branding
  • Brand ambassadorship and pitching stories and working with the local PR agency to create strong relationships with media, bloggers and influencers to secure brand affection
  • Executing and supporting the global brand strategy and our end-customers communication in the region. Creating awareness, preference and loyalty for our product offering.content, and alignment of general brand/advertising activities in the region.
  • Planning and executing tradeshows and alliance partner events (e.g. Microsoft, ZOOM)
  • Activate the brand through partner marketing programs with our strategic alliance partners (Microsoft, Zoom, Genesys)
  • Four-year college degree with a concentration in Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or equivalent work experience ·
  • Has 5+ years of proven experience developing and executing brand marketing strategies
  • Travel 30% with some international travel is to be expected
Sennheiser Communications A/S, the joint venture between Demant A/S and Sennheiser electronic GmbH & Co. KG, has previously announced that it will evolve in new set-ups. During 2020, Enterprise Solutions and Gaming headsets will evolve as a new independent company, EPOS, under the global audio and hearing technology group Demant. Going forward, EPOS will manufacture and sell the existing Sennheiser Communications portfolio for Enterprises and Gaming co-branded as EPOS | SENNHEISER products.
