Desktop Support Analyst
Immediate opening for a Desktop Support Analyst at a fast growing company south of Boston. You will be working on a team of 3 supporting internal end users desk side and remotely. Interviewing Now!
Responsibilities:
• Support users via desk side and remote support
• Ensure support tickets are resolved in a timely fashion
• High level of customer service supporting all levels of users
Technical Experience/Skills Required:
• Two+ years of experience as a Help Desk Analyst in a professional environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience providing support for Microsoft Office and other business applications
• Experience supporting mobile devices
• Active Directory experience setting up and changing users preferred
• Experience with Windows 10 / Windows 7
• VPN and remote access troubleshooting
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in IT
