Internship Summary

As our Strategic Partnership Coordinator – Intern, you’ll be helping us architect a referral program. You’ll work directly with the President/COO and Revenue team leadership in order to build this partnership and affiliate program from scratch.

Once architected, you’ll work with various departments to launch this, and own incoming B2B partnerships opportunities.

Basically, you’re going to be building a program with the goal of enticing businesses in other industries to partner with Monetizemore and sell our products and services to their network of clients.

This will be done by either offering them a mutual referral partnership or giving them a kickback each time we close a new client that they refer to us.

Responsibilities and Duties

We’ve been a completely remote company for 10 years and this internship is no different. You can work from anywhere. However, you’ll need to be available from 2pm–7pm CST, Tuesday–Friday (20 hours per week)
Training and mentorship will be provided, but being able to work independently and own your productivity is a must
This is an 8-week internship with the chance of making this a permanent role if you hit certain goals

Qualifications and Skills

Able to hit aggressive deadlines and goals
Technical/logically minded
Self-motivated (be self-aware enough to customize how you work most efficiently)
Proficient in Google sheets
Kaizen mentality – whatever can be improved, can and deserves to be improved
Above average oral and written communication
Voracious curiosity (reading, interacting with diff people, opening mind to diff ideas)
Ambitious and driven
Resourceful
Fast learner and possess the agility necessary to switch gears quickly
Insatiable thirst for knowledge
Critical thinker, analytical and not afraid to speak up and provide ideas and perspectives
